We are seeking a skilled Power BI Engineer to join our team at Confiz Limited. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for designing and developing interactive dashboards and visualizations that drive data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards to support policy and decision-making.
  • Transform complex datasets into clear and impactful visual insights.
  • Work closely with data scientists and analysts to translate business requirements into compelling reports.
  • Optimize data models, DAX queries, and performance tuning for efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy in all visual reports.
  • Implement best practices for data visualization, storytelling, and user experience.
  • Maintain and enhance existing dashboards based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless data integration and availability.
  • Troubleshoot Power BI performance issues and improve dashboard efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Power BI dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and Power BI Service.
  • Hands-on experience in data modeling, measures, and report optimization.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and complex data transformations.
  • Good understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience working with business teams and data scientists to create impactful reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for design and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
