  • Execute financial management duties including accounting and bookkeeping services.
  • To provide professional accounting and financial guidance.
  • Support the budget preparation process.
  • Provide regular payroll monitoring, financial control, and advice service.
  • Enter student's fees records.
  • Manage student's fee installments record.
  • Oversee campus' teaching and non-teaching staff payroll.
  • Record financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Summarize current financial status by preparing reports.
  • Verify financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • Maintain accounting controls by developing policies and procedures.
  • Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Secure financial data by completing database backups.
  • Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions.
  • Prepare error-free accounting reports and present results.
  • Prepare financial statements according to schedule.
  • Support month-end and year-end close process.
  • Preserve digital and physical records of invoices and contracts.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Resolve accounts to general ledger.
  • Collaborate with admin officer for running college operations smoothly.
  • Address queries related to fees and accounts.
  • Review both incoming and outgoing invoices.
  • Work closely with management for comprehensive financial strategies and projects.
  • Support establishment and maintenance of accounting policies and internal controls.
  • Be responsible for financial management and planning within organization.

Candidate having experience working as an account officer in education institution will be preferred.
