Job Title: Financial Management Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned financial management professional to lead our accounting team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, maintaining compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and preparing financial statements for management and statutory reporting purposes.

  • Financial Transactions: Ensure accurate posting of financial transactions for timely monthly closings, reconcile control accounts pertaining to receivables, payables, and inventory, and oversee payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
  • Compliance and Governance: Regulate compliance of applicable Accounting Standards, Corporate Laws & Income Tax / Sales Tax regulations, and maintain ERP systems by keeping them up-to-date for accurate reporting of business transactions.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for Management and Statutory Reporting, and ensure adequacy of accounting records for financial/tax audits.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
