Job Description:

SISCOL is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee the financial operations of our business unit/site. This role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, strategic financial planning, and efficient financial management.

This position requires analysing financial data, managing budgets, and implementing financial controls to ensure the BU's/Project financial health and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and oversee the production of accurate and timely financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
  • Analyse costs related to the projects, including materials, labour, and overhead.
  • Implement cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assess and manage financial risks associated with business operations.
Qualifications:

Education: B.Com/M.Com, or professional certification (e.g., FPA, CMA, CA) is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the construction, manufacturing, or steel industry.
