Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in pursuing new business opportunities on freelancing platforms. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales on freelancing platforms such as Freelancer, Upwork, Fiverr, People Per Hour, etc. They will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively engage with clients via phone, chat applications, and Skype.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid management: The ability to create compelling bids that meet the requirements of clients.
  • Client relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Sales performance: Meeting or exceeding monthly project quotas and targets.
  • Proposal writing: Crafting well-structured proposals that address the needs of clients.
  • Competitor analysis: Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.

Prior experience interacting with international clients is essential. You will also be responsible for managing client expectations, tracking projects, and analyzing customer feedback to improve services.

About the Job

This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision. A high level of proficiency in English is required, along with excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide team members.
