We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as an HR Team Member. In this role, you will play a key part in building and managing our motivated volunteer community.

Your primary responsibilities will include recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of members, ensuring smooth communication within the team. You will also support the HR Manager in organizing orientations and team-building activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and onboard new volunteers.
  • Maintain records of members and update databases.
  • Support the HR Manager in organizing orientations and team-building activities.
  • Address volunteer queries and ensure a positive experience.
  • Help create forms, surveys, and reports when needed.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have good communication and people skills, ability to stay organized and meet deadlines, teamwork and problem-solving mindset, familiarity with Google Forms/Docs or willingness to learn, and prior HR or leadership experience is a plus but not required.
