Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Plan and execute H.R. strategy to contribute to organizational development and achieve company objectives.

Initiate recruitment of high-caliber staff, develop competitive rewards structures, and implement performance enhancement systems to encourage excellence.

Organize, control, and coordinate personnel practices by adopting well-thought-out action plans and a timeframe for achieving desired results.

Ensure good general administration including housekeeping, transport, security, canteen, etc.

Manage Personnel & Industrial Relations Departments to ensure industrial peace, conduct negotiations with labor associations, and look after employee discipline and welfare.

Liaise with Labor and other Government Departments/Agencies.

Liaise with other Divisions/Departments of the organization.

Conduct final negotiations with contractors related to Transport or matters pertaining to Administration Division.

Plan court cases related to labor or other matters of the Administration Division.

Assign areas and responsibilities to subordinates, monitor their performance, and provide necessary guidelines.

Clarify department objectives and their relationship with the overall organization's objectives.

Promote constructive discipline and working harmony in the department.

Communicate management instructions/policies to staff members.

Appraise performance/recommendations of subordinates under him.

Ensure strict compliance with safety rules by all concerned.

Approve leaves and authorize overtime as per organization's rules.

Assist management in recruitment of personnel in his department.

Deal with labor associations/Workers Union.

Implement environmental policies & regulations where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Management: Oversee personnel practices, employee relations, and labor negotiations.
  • Administration: Ensure smooth operation of various departments, including transportation, security, and housekeeping.
