Agile and dedicated individuals are invited to apply for a challenging role as Clinical Nurse Coordinator in our Home Health Services team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, leveraging your clinical expertise to provide high-quality patient care.

As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating patient care processes, ensuring timely delivery of core services, and participating in multidisciplinary rounds.

Key responsibilities include managing scheduling and staffing, conducting rounds at patients' homes, providing patient education, and acting as a clinical resource person for staff and patients.

Requirements
  • Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited school
  • Minimum three years of nursing experience
  • Valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council
  • Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Safe Medication Administration, Aseptic Techniques, I/V Cannulation
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety measures
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in shift duties
