High-Quality WordPress Development Expert

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to help build, customize, and maintain high-quality WordPress websites.

  • Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Convert design files (Figma, Sketch, PSD) into responsive, SEO-friendly WordPress websites.
  • Ensure website performance, speed, and scalability.
  • Implement third-party integrations, including APIs and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Customize and extend existing WordPress sites using hooks, filters, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues related to themes, plugins, and hosting environments.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to ensure a high-quality user experience.
  • Maintain website security, backups, and updates regularly.
  • Stay updated with new tools, trends, and best practices in WordPress and web development.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of WordPress core, themes, and plugin development. Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (especially jQuery), and MySQL is required. Experience with modern frontend frameworks and build tools (e.g., React, Webpack, Sass) is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in WordPress development.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress core, themes, and plugin development.
  • Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (especially jQuery), and MySQL.
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks and build tools (e.g., React, Webpack, Sass) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Gutenberg block development.
  • Experience with WooCommerce, ACF (Advanced Custom Fields), and popular plugins.
  • Understanding of SEO, performance optimization, and accessibility best practices.
  • Version control experience using Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with headless WordPress or REST API.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
  • Basic knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager).
