Senior Data Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive impactful campaigns leveraging advanced data science methodologies.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze performance metrics using data analytics tools, providing actionable recommendations for improvement and refinement of tactics, driving results-oriented decision making.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships between marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in data science and marketing analytics, ensuring adaptability and innovation in campaign strategy.
  • Mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of data literacy and professional growth within the marketing organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing campaign management with a focus on data-driven applications.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results through data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams, driving alignment and consensus.
