Location: On-site at first, Hybrid/Remote Later (I-10 Islamabad)

Timing: 5 PM – 2 AM PKT (Aligned with Eastern Time)

Salary: $800 - $900/month + Bonuses (based on experience)

What we're looking for:

We're hiring a Marketing Lead to take full ownership of the Marketing Strategy of The Remote Reps. You'll be responsible for building and executing campaigns that drive growth across social media, paid advertising, and SEO.

You'll also play a key leadership role by training and supporting our MTOs and Reps, ensuring our internal talent is aligned with current marketing best practices.

This is a full-time hybrid role at our Islamabad office (I-10/3), working during Eastern Time hours. The role can be made fully remote in the future based on your performance.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Own the Marketing Strategy

- Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for The Remote Reps

- Develop and manage performance-driven campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn

- Plan and oversee SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, and technical)

- Work closely with content and design teams to ensure messaging is aligned and effective

- Use data to track, report, and optimize marketing performance

2. Train & Support Internal Teams

- Train MTOs and Reps on social media strategy, ad platforms, and SEO fundamentals

- Create internal guides, SOPs, and mini-workshops to improve team understanding of marketing workflows

- Act as a resource for Reps supporting marketing clients or outreach functions.

Bonus Points

- Experience working with US-based or international brands

- Understanding of funnels, and marketing automation

- Upto date with latest AI automations in Marketing

- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced marketing environment
