We're seeking an experienced, results-driven leader to head our Quality Assurance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about quality engineering, cutting-edge technology, and leading high-performing teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and drive testing techniques and best practices throughout QA teams.
  • Lead QA engineers and automation testers, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear test results, metrics, and quality issues are communicated to stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for QA automation, incorporating AI-assisted tools and techniques, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.
  • Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Leverage AI and Machine Learning to enhance test case generation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics in the testing process.
  • Lead efficient implementation and continuous improvement of Agile methodologies within the team.
  • Oversee planning and execution of the full QA lifecycle and ensure proper test coverage across releases.
  • Define and monitor key quality metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide detailed reports on automation test results and system performance, making recommendations for improvement.
