Job Title: Senior Manager - Quality Assurance

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that audits are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures.

About the Role

This is a permanent position requiring a Chartered Accountant (CA) with audit experience and practical knowledge of International Standards on Auditing (ISAs), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and Corporate Laws.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct Quality Control Reviews (QCRs) in accordance with established policies and procedures;
  • Prepare draft QCR reports and invite comments from firms on observations;
  • Attend meetings of the Quality Assurance Board (QAB) and prepare relevant working papers;
  • Review financial statements to ensure compliance with disclosure requirements of applicable laws and standards.
Requirements
  • At least 02 years of post-qualification experience for Manager, and at least 05 years of post-qualification working experience is required for Senior Manager;
  • Strong communication and report writing skills.
