Business Development Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion in multiple regions, with a strong understanding of the MSP ecosystem.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies tailored to specific markets, leveraging industry knowledge and market research to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Identify and approach potential clients across various industries, including legal, finance, healthcare, and professional services.
  • Maintain a robust social media presence for the company, creating engaging content and interacting with prospects and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business development strategies.
  2. Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through outbound and inbound methods, utilizing CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  3. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted LinkedIn Ads and InMail campaigns.
  4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including meetings booked, proposals sent, and deals closed.
  5. Ensure all website content is optimized for search intent and local keywords, working closely with internal/external SEO teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales within an MSP, IT services, or B2B tech environment.
  • Proven success in generating leads and closing deals via LinkedIn and SEO-enhanced channels.
  • Strong understanding of the MSP ecosystem, including IT support, cloud solutions, VoIP, cybersecurity, and compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Analytics/Search Console.
