Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving technical issues related to hardware and software, as well as providing training and instruction to staff on the use of various applications and tools. With a strong background in user administration, help desk management, and technical troubleshooting, you will be able to efficiently handle a wide range of technical issues and provide solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience with installation, updating, and maintenance of Desktop OS and Applications, as well as managing Active Directory and O365. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Manage and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software.
- Provide training and instruction to staff on the use of various applications and tools.
- Manage and maintain hardware and software inventory.
- Set up and configure end-user laptops and desktops.
- Provide support for remote working users.
- Create end user documentation for day-to-day queries, setup procedures, and processes documentation.
- Ensure meeting the SLA and KPI setup for support.
Skill Requirements: The successful candidate should have experience with installation, updating, and maintenance of Desktop OS and Applications, as well as managing Active Directory and O365. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
