Operations Management Role

A dynamic and energetic individual is sought to manage the busy operations office, responsible for both UK and Global client bookings. This includes liaison with clients, subcontractors, and affiliates, ensuring all bookings are delivered to an exceptional standard.

The role involves:

  • Answering telephone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing quotations and making bookings
  • First point of contact for any customer service issues
  • Performing general administrative tasks as instructed by the line manager
  • Recording expense and sales invoices, assisting the accountant with simple queries
  • Ensuring that client invoicing is accurate

Hired candidate will be expected to work Mon-Fri 9am–6pm with flexible and family-friendly terms available.

Requirements:
  1. Candidate must have excellent customer service skills
  2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  3. Ability to speak clear English is essential
  4. Data Entry skills
  5. Mathematical and numerical skills
  6. Self-motivated individual with willingness to learn and take on additional training
  7. Trustworthy and reliable person with proven track record in operations management

This position requires someone who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
