">We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to serve as the senior representative at our plant, ensuring a strong presence and effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. The successful candidate will provide guidance and interpretation on all HR-related matters, facilitate communication among employees and management, and promote a positive employer-employee relationship.
Key Responsibilities">- ">
- Act as the senior HR representative at the plant, ensuring a strong and active presence at all levels.">
- Facilitate consistent and fair implementation of HR policies and procedures at the plant.">
- Provide the necessary guidance and interpretation on all HR-related matters.">
- Facilitate communication among employees and management within the guidelines of Industrial Relations regulations.">
- Guide managers and employees on problem-solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and litigation avoidance.">
- Ensure proper implementation of the performance management system and provide necessary facilitation and support in that exercise.">
- Facilitate implementation of appropriate change management and succession planning initiatives associated with organizational development activities.">
- Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote high employee morale and motivation.">
- Handle staffing needs at the plant site for both technical and non-technical positions.">
- Attend to employees' inquiries on compensation & benefits.">
