Job Description

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Trusted Business Advisor to drive business growth by providing exceptional client service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering results-driven financial solutions and possess strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular oversight sessions with regional teams to identify and prioritize partners/engagement teams requiring outreach support.
  • Provide guidance on local policy and leading practices to ensure effective financial management.
  • Facilitate training for client-serving teams on Mercury and best financial management practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and supporting team members across borders, service lines, and industries.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a client-driven professional environment with a financial/business capacity.
  • Excellent IT skills – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
