Job Description:
We are seeking talented software engineers with a passion for building advanced internet applications and designing great APIs. To qualify for the role, candidates must have demonstrated excellence in one or more of the following areas: academic achievement, professional project development, software engineering expertise outside of academia, or mastery of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate best practices within the engineering team and contribute to company-wide initiatives under senior engineers' guidance.
  • Collaborate with technical leaders to analyze complex feature requests and suggest implementation strategies.
  • Evaluate work requirements and provide accurate quotes.
  • Participate in moderately complex product design, systems analysis, and programming activities that involve research.
  • Conduct unit testing (including mocking as needed) and integration testing on software.
  • Adhere to Arkhitech's policies, standards, and procedures while performing job duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Applicants must have a strong foundation in fundamental computer science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, time complexities, OOP, and MVC. Familiarity with Agile development processes and engineering best practices such as continuous integration and unit testing is highly desirable. Excellent technical judgment is required to determine when to use an off-the-shelf solution and when to create a custom one. Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills are essential. A high energy level with strong motivation to meet delivery deadlines is necessary.
