About Our Team
We are looking for a talented Process Improvement Lead to join our team at Teradata Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives and ensuring seamless execution.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
- Provide project management leadership and drive process changes for large-scale initiatives.
- Define and measure key metrics/KPIs to evaluate process effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain process definition and work with enablement to drive adoption in the field.
- Support development of communications, change management, and stakeholder engagement plans to ensure process adherence.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree, preferably an MBA. You should also have 3+ years of experience in tech enablement and process definition, ideally in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a top 5 consulting firm.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate insights clearly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in multiple time zones to support global sales teams.
