Job Summary

The Hospitality Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing front-desk operations, food & beverage services, sales, and day-to-day hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences through effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Manage daily operations of food & beverage services, including inventory control and staff supervision
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently to maintain seamless hospitality experiences
  • Develop strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders
Requirements

  • Able to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is required
