Job Title:

A Business Insights Analyst


Job Description:

Serve as a strategic data partner to the Campaigns team, delivering timely, accurate, and actionable insights to drive data-informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities include owning and managing recurring campaign reports and performance trackers, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.

Additionally, build, maintain, and optimize campaign dashboards to enable real-time performance monitoring and visibility for business teams.

Conduct deep-dive analyses pre-, during, and post-campaign to surface actionable insights on key KPIs (GMV, Orders, CR, CTR, etc.).

Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing stakeholders to support ad-hoc data requests and quick-turn analysis for time-sensitive campaigns.

Ensure data integrity across reporting pipelines by working closely with data engineering and governance teams.

Support query optimization and production dataset maintenance to improve dashboard efficiency and load time.

Drive performance management through the tracking and communication of KPIs, trends, and opportunities across different campaign types.

Assist in pre-campaign planning by providing historical benchmarks and forecasting inputs when required.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
  • Good communication skills – able to explain data points and trends to stakeholders.
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL – ability to write simple to moderately complex queries.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau.
  • Exposure to Python/R for analysis or automation (not mandatory).
