Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in unlocking growth levers, driving user acquisition and retention, and improving ROI across digital and CRM channels.

You will analyze user acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics to drive data-backed growth strategies. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify scalable user growth opportunities and optimize funnel performance.

Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments across channels to improve key KPIs like CAC, CTR, conversion, and LTV. Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track campaign performance, user cohorts, and lifecycle progression.

Required Skills / Abilities
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics roles
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Advanced Excel for analysis and validation; Python is a plus
  • Familiarity with growth metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, retention curves, ROAS) and experimentation frameworks
