We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to spearhead our ecommerce sales division.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an ecommerce strategy that improves customer experience, drives sales, and increases conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ecommerce Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive strategy to meet sales and profit targets, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative solutions.
  • Ecommerce Management: Oversee the ecommerce journey, managing a cross-functional team to execute your strategy and drive business growth.
  • Budget Management: Set and track channel KPIs in line with overall business goals, ensuring sales, costs, and profit remain on track.
  • Site Optimization: Continuously improve site performance, identifying innovative tech solutions to reduce barriers to sale and enhance user experience.
  • Product Merchandising: Manage and plan the merchandising of products, monitoring inventory levels and highlighting replenishment and growth opportunities.
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate with marketing, communications, and social media teams to ensure consistent messaging and oversee performance marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, affiliate, and email marketing.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to communicate progress to stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in ecommerce, with a track record of delivering significant revenue growth.
  2. A data-driven mindset and analytical skills, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar.
  3. Proven experience optimizing a brand's online presence across their website and ecommerce platforms, as well as their omnichannel strategies.
  4. Experience managing a cross-functional team, with an understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and UX design principles.
  5. A proven leader, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  6. Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving business growth.
  7. Excellent communication skills.
