At Easy Prefabricated Homes, we are seeking a skilled professional to manage our financial records and transactions. This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Accounts Payable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing accounting reports, creating journal entries, updating the accounts payable ledger, and ensuring accurate accruals of expenses.

They will also respond to notices related to tax and provide excellent support to the company's financial operations.

  • Tax-Related Notice Response

The ideal candidate will possess ACCA and CA certification, proficiency in finance and accounting principles, experience in creating journal entries and accurate accruals of expenses, ability to work independently under time constraints, excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, knowledge of basic computer software (especially MS Excel), a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and experience with a commercial accounting system like Oracle or SAP is a plus.
