**Job Description:** Instructor (Research), Human Development Programme
About the RoleThis is a grant-funded contractual position that requires an individual with strong research skills to support human development through a multidisciplinary and research-based approach. The role focuses on early childhood, laying the foundation for all future learning, development, and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring implementation of all project activities, managing day-to-day operations of the project, monitoring project goals and objectives, developing training materials, and overseeing logistics arrangements.
- Develop training manuals, PowerPoint presentations, and other training materials
- Manage schedules according to project timelines
- Organize and facilitate quarterly and annual review meetings with partners
- Write quarterly and annual project reports
The ideal candidate should have:
- A Master's degree in a discipline related to Early Childhood Development (ECD)
- At least five years of experience in designing and conducting projects in education or early child development
- Good experience of conducting/coordinating trainings and capacity building
- Excellent supervisory, interpersonal, team building, and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of qualitative research methods
- Strong communication skills in English, Urdu, and other local languages
- Willingsness to travel extensively across Pakistan
