Job Description:
  • We are looking for an expert in designing kitchen, door, and wardrobe projects that can provide innovative solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with customers from the initial design phase through to the installation process, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with customers throughout each project stage, from initial site measurement to final installation.
  2. Create customized 3D designs as per customer profiling and presentations to effectively convey design concepts to clients.
  3. Coordinate site verification and oversee installation processes to ensure quality and design accuracy.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
  5. Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain the updated KDW opportunity matrix.
  6. Process client quotations/orders as per approved terms & conditions signed by the customer.
  7. Follow up with the technical team for quotations, orders, and timely revisions.
  8. Review quotations and drawings developed by the technical department and dispatch the hard copy of the order to the factory.
  9. Manage display ensuring it is in proper condition.
  10. Align visits for new leads/BD. Regular visits in the field to generate sales.
  11. Email progress reports to clients/architects every 15 days, from the start of the project until its completion.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Product Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in design consulting, specifically in kitchens, doors, and wardrobes.
  • Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp/IMOS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.
  • Attention to detail and a good understanding of market trends in interior design and furniture.
