We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through targeted outreach across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lead Generation & Outreach:">
    • ">
    • Conduct targeted LinkedIn outreach to engage with potential prospects and decision-makers, sending over 800 requests per month.">
    • Execute personalized cold email campaigns to drive interest and initiate conversations, sending more than 500 emails per month.">
    • Build and maintain relationships with Private Equity (PE) firms, industrial customers, and other potential collaborators to identify opportunities, making contact with over 250 individuals per month.">
    • Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with strategic partners to expand the business network, working with 20+ firms per month.">
    ">
  • Lead Qualification:">
    • ">
    • Research and identify key decision-makers and assess their potential fit as clients.">
    • Gather relevant business intelligence to tailor outreach and engagement strategies.">
    • Pass qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement and conversion.">
    ">
  • CRM & Reporting:">
    • ">
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities, prospect data, and lead status in the CRM.">
    • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and pipeline development.">
    ">
  • Collaboration & Strategy:">
    • ">
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, targeting strategies, and outreach sequences.">
    • Share insights from prospect interactions to improve lead quality and conversion rates.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Proven experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation, preferably in B2B.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.">
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email outreach tools.">
  • Strong research and prospecting skills with a strategic mindset.">
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet outreach and lead generation goals.">
