Job Title: Full Stack WordPress Developer

As a seasoned WordPress developer, you will be responsible for empowering sustainable businesses to accelerate time-to-market through innovation and continuous employee growth.

The ideal candidate should have minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development, with strong expertise in custom theme and plugin development. You should also be proficient with Elementor page builder and related WordPress tools. Additionally, you should have a proven track record with completed WordPress projects (portfolio/demo required) and a strong understanding of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.

Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining custom WordPress themes and plugins, building responsive, high-performance websites using Elementor and other modern tools, customizing existing WordPress solutions to meet client-specific requirements, collaborating with design and content teams to translate wireframes into functional websites, optimizing websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices, troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing websites, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness, and staying updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and security practices.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, showcasing your excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Furthermore, you should be able to integrate 3rd Party APIs and payment gateways using custom developed plugins or PHP code embedding, if required, and design custom theme layouts based on Figma designs.
