We are expanding our team and seeking an Evening Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and sales support to businesses in the telecommunications industry.

As an Evening Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, providing product and service information, and processing orders and applications. You will also make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction, and work independently and as part of a team.

- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Process orders, forms, and applications.

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
