Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  2. 6 months to 1 year of experience in the IT industry.
  3. Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in UX/UI or digital product development.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  6. Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and best practices.
  7. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma is a strong advantage.
  8. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
