About this role

We're looking for a skilled tech professional to join our team as a Tech Solution Specialist.

This is a key role where you will bring envisioned solutions to life, excelling in both technical workshops and sales presentations.

As part of our development team, your expertise will play a leading role in translating customer requirements into comprehensive designs.

Your responsibilities will include creating technical architecture documentation, working with QA to define test strategies, leading DevOps teams, and ensuring implementations meet non-functional requirements.

You will travel frequently, spending time on-site during the inception phase and providing training and workshops.

Key skills required

  • Knowledge of Java platform exceeds expectations;
  • Experience with Spring, Maven, and Jenkins;
  • Demonstrable understanding of Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) and Micro-Services Architecture;
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks, MVC patterns, and REST APIs;
  • Knowledge of architectural frameworks and best practices;
  • Professionally worked with Enterprise Integration Patterns and Frameworks;
  • Broad knowledge of application servers, databases, load balancers, and infrastructure components;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience with:

  • Solutions for financial services, especially banking;
  • Portal/Web Content Management;
  • Architectural patterns, such as Microservices, CQRS, event sourcing;
  • Server virtualization and containers technology;
  • Integration Platforms and API Gateway.
