Job Description:

The Regional Manager Pre-Sales – Cloud Computing Business will lead and inspire a team of Pre-Sales Consultants across the region, serving as the senior technical authority on strategic enterprise opportunities.

This role involves designing tailored cloud solutions, conducting workshops, proofs-of-concept, and solution validations, while collaborating closely with sales, product, and delivery teams. The incumbent will develop solution architectures, technical proposals, and sales collateral, ensuring offerings align with market needs and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Pre-Sales Consultants across the region.
  • Establish KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and support career development of the team.
  • Act as the senior technical lead on strategic mid-to-large enterprise opportunities
  • Conduct technical discovery, workshops, solution validation, and proof-of-concept demos
  • Design tailored cloud computing solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to align offerings with client needs.
  • Develop solution architectures, technical proposals, reference designs, and sizing tools.
  • Build technical sales collateral including battle cards, demo scripts, and quick quote tools.
  • Collaborate with Sales, technical and product teams to translate market needs into product features.
  • Stay updated on competitive landscape, emerging technologies, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with cloud-based solutions
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
