Job Title: Talent Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Talent Sourcing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Google Sheets. A keen eye for detail is required, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Source and identify potential candidates for open roles.
  • Contact companies with vacant positions to explore new talent pipelines.
  • Manage and maintain recruitment data using Google Sheets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Review and verify all applications and communications to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline recruitment processes and improve overall performance.

Requirements:
  • Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Prior experience in recruitment or talent sourcing is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets (Excel knowledge is an asset).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated individual with a passion for learning and professional growth.
