Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS Block 6, Karachi

Timings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

Compensation: Market-competitive salary + Uncapped Commission + Transportation Allowance (Pick & Drop Provided)

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. If you have strong communication skills and 1–2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, this is your opportunity to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and role requirements
  • Draft compelling job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each role
  • Source candidates through online platforms, professional networks, and social media
  • Conduct and manage end-to-end recruitment processes including screening, assessments, and interviews
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • 1–2 years of recruitment experience (Tech & Non-Tech roles preferred)
  • Proficiency with resume databases, social media, and professional networks
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting and various evaluation methods
  • Strong understanding of organizational roles and hiring nuances
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
