Job Overview

Translation Empire PK is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the company's HR functions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment regulations, analyzing and developing policies, managing the HR team, and supporting staff development.

Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure all company procedures are in line with relevant employment laws and develop policies to support business growth.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Manage the recruitment process, assess employee performance, and create training programs to enhance skills.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate the HR team, provide guidance, and ensure effective communication across departments.
  • Employee Support: Address employee grievances, conflicts, and provide support to managers and staff.
RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, make informed decisions, and drive results.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication, active listening, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of Employment Law: In-depth understanding of employment regulations, laws, and best practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, expertise in HR systems, and knowledge of industry trends.
Qualifications
  • Education: MBA/BBA with specialization in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Certifications: HR certifications (CIPD/HRCI/SHRM) preferred.
Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.
