Key Performance Role

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to drive the optimization of our operational systems, processes, and strategies. This role will focus on enhancing management reporting, information flow, business process management, and organizational development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services, including HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement functions.

Key responsibilities include long-term strategic planning, financial management, performance monitoring, and administrative activities.

Additionally, this role will oversee payroll management, including employee benefits administration.

Required Skills

A Graduate degree in Business or related field is preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, procurement, and production management is required.
