Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and implementing strategies to enhance research initiatives.
  2. Managing operational aspects of research office.
  3. Collaborating with various stakeholders including board members, researchers, and industry professionals.
  4. Monetizing intellectual property streams from licensed technologies.
  5. Drafting and monitoring departmental budgets.
  6. Overseeing research webpage, in conjunction with the web committee.
  7. Partnering with development office to promote research success stories and leverage them to enhance commercialization efforts.
Qualifications and Requirements:

PhD with expertise in research and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
