Product Visionary Role

Lead the development of innovative products by collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving product vision and delivering user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define Product Roadmap: Align product vision with business goals and create a roadmap for successful product launches.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features, ensuring timely delivery and quality expectations.
  • Maintain Product Backlog: Keep the product backlog up-to-date and aligned with the product roadmap, ensuring effective prioritization and execution.
  • Facilitate Communication: Lead sprint planning sessions and review meetings to ensure seamless communication between technical and non-technical teams for timely product releases.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Work with UX/UI teams to create user stories that improve customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Monitor Performance: Analyze product performance and customer feedback to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Document Requirements: Maintain documentation of product requirements, release notes, and operational workflows.
  • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related queries and concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 Years Experience: Proven experience in a Product Owner role or similar capacity in product management.
  • Agile Methodology: Experience working with Agile methodology and familiarity with Scrum practices.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to break down complex problems and identify effective solutions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Software Development Environment: Experience working in a software development environment or startup, with ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
