The Production Manager is responsible for leading all production activities in a cost-effective way, ensuring efficient processes and high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute monthly and quarterly production schedules in line with business targets, giving priority to urgent orders.
  • Ensure timely achievement of production targets while meeting delivery commitments.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to obtain necessary approvals before initiating large-scale production.
  • Implement strategies to reduce rework and wastage, ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with the team to introduce project management tools and AI technologies to automate workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; MBA or Master's in Operations/Production Management is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in production planning and operations, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in production workflows, capacity planning, lean manufacturing, and ERP systems.
