We are a leading Social Media and Digital Marketing Agency, with over 16 years of experience. Our portfolio boasts well-known brands in various verticals.

We are seeking a seasoned, ambitious and energetic Digital Content Strategist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing social media accounts for a portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Strategy: Plan, develop, execute and manage digital content for a portfolio of 3-4 clients.
  • Content Creation: Excellent writing skills with demonstrated ability to write successfully for the web.
  • Platform Management: Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Vimeo.
  • Trend Monitoring: Monitor social media groups, trends and applications to recommend appropriate actions.
  • Content Optimization: Analyze and optimize content in relevant communities, based on engagement and content type.
  • Liaison Role: Liaison with the client and creative team to ensure the client's work is designed and published in a timely manner.
  • Content Development: Work closely with creative and marketing teams to develop and post content.
  • Influencer Engagement: Identify industry influencers and bloggers to connect with on social media platforms and request blog posts.
  • Performance Metrics: Set, track and report on meaningful metrics to evaluate success.
  • Social Media Calendar: Create and maintain social media editorial calendar.
  • Customer Support: Provide prompt, accurate and appropriate responses to customers.
Job Requirements:

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or Media Sciences.
2. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in digital content experience strongly preferred.
3. Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Proven history of social media account launches with clear and effective strategies to build networks.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication.
6. Agency background preferred.
