Quality Assurance and Environmental Safety Expert

We are seeking a Quality Assurance and Environmental Safety Expert to join our team.

  • Ensure adherence to quality and environmental safety standards, regulations, and policies.
  • Develop and implement effective quality management systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to site managers on environmental and safety matters.
  • Implement and maintain programs for protecting employees and the environment from chemical hazards.
  • Manage near miss, incident, and accident reports to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop processes and understand complex systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization and negotiate effectively.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.
