About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive our expansion in both established and emerging markets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strategic Sales Initiatives: Drive business growth through tailored regional strategies, leveraging digital and relationship-driven approaches to enhance brand visibility.
  • Pipeline Management: Identify and engage potential clients across various verticals, including legal, finance, healthcare, and professional services.
  • Social Media Presence: Maintain and develop our social media footprint, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and trend identification to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a business development or sales capacity within an MSP, IT services, or B2B tech environment.
  • Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing deals via LinkedIn and SEO-enhanced channels.
  • Experience targeting multiple geographies and tailoring messaging accordingly.
  • A solid understanding of the MSP ecosystem, including IT support, cloud solutions, VoIP, cybersecurity, and compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Analytics/Search Console.
  • A strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset.
Bonus Skills

The following skills are highly desirable:

  • Familiarity with both UK and UAE business cultures and buying behaviors.
  • Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and UAE data protection regulations.
  • Prior experience collaborating with MSP channel partners or vendors like Microsoft, Cisco, or Sophos.
