- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficient in CRM software and other relevant tools.
