At our company, we are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the design team and oversee key projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the internal design team, taking initiative in response to direction or instruction, and working efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.

To succeed in this role, thorough knowledge of and compliance with F+P procedures and standards is essential. The ideal candidate will have an Industry recognised diploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate ability to undertake the following responsibilities:

  • Prepare and develop drawings, models, images, material & mood boards and other documents relating to the design.
  • Coordinate the internal design team for the project.
  • Take responsibility for the development of the design and the project with input from the Associate Partner or Partner in charge for key project stages.
  • Liaise with members of the external design team and other associated organisations or companies as required.

  • Showcase their ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Develop and implement creative solutions to complex design problems.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • An Industry recognised diploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture.
  • Able to understand and formulate design decisions and present them for discussion.
  • Able to integrate design requirements with architecture.
  • Able to use a variety of media in the development and documentation of a design project.
  • Flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and commitment to independent, lifelong learning.
