Web Development Position

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and improving the front-end of our existing and new websites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create user-friendly web pages from design/wire-frames using markup languages like HTML to deliver seamless online experiences.
  • Integrate front-end with WebApis to optimize applications for maximum speed and efficiency.
  • Design mobile-based features to enhance user experience through intuitive and responsive interfaces.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability and functionality.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to build solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Write functional requirement documents and guides to ensure smooth development process and onboarding.
  • Create quality mockups and prototypes to visualize ideas and concepts.
  • Provide technical support to back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Proven work experience as a Front-end developer (minimum 2-3 years) in delivering high-quality web solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with markup languages HTML and JavaScript, CSS and jQuery to drive efficient development processes.
  • Hands-on experience with React JS to leverage its strengths and capabilities.
  • Prior experience working with .net core APIs and Visual Studio is a plus to ensure optimal tooling and workflows.
  • Familiarity with browser testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment) to ensure successful project lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of layout aesthetics to create visually appealing and engaging interfaces.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles to optimize website performance and search engine rankings.
  • An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and multitasking skills to manage competing demands and deliver results.
  • BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field to underpin technical expertise and knowledge.
Work Details:
  • Work mode: Office based with regular working hours.
  • Shift Time: 10am-7pm to accommodate standard business operations.
  • Location: DHA Sector F Rawalpindi to facilitate collaboration and teamwork.
