Senior Upwork Bidder Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Upwork Bidder to join our business development team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for securing high-quality projects on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in securing and managing projects on these platforms, with strong English communication skills and knowledge of IT services including Web, Mobile, WordPress, Laravel, Flutter, and Digital Marketing.

You will also possess strong negotiation, closing, and client handling skills, with the ability to collaborate with the technical team to ensure project feasibility.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow our business through freelancing platforms, working closely with our team to achieve monthly project acquisition targets.

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects across various platforms.
  • Craft persuasive proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and close deals.
  • Collaborate with the technical team for project feasibility and success.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of securing and managing projects on Upwork and Freelancer.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with IT services including Web, Mobile, WordPress, Laravel, Flutter, and Digital Marketing.
  • Negotiation, closing, and client handling skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • IT sales or business development experience.
  • Familiarity with Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Toptal, and other freelancing platforms.
  • Understanding of pricing models and project estimations.
