Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freelancer Bidder at XovoTech in Karachi. The Freelancer Bidder will manage bid proposals, identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with the design and development teams to align bid strategies with project goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in bid proposal management, contract negotiation, and business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Knowledge of design and development processes
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Freelancer Bidder with a strong track record of winning bids and securing projects
  • Strong understanding of the bidding platform, including its rules, best practices, and trends
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate project requirements and craft compelling proposals
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build client relationships and understand their needs
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple bids and projects
  • A proactive and strategic mindset adaptable to changing market conditions and client demands
