Global Education Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Global Education Ambassador. As a key member of our international education team, you will play a vital role in guiding and assisting students interested in pursuing education abroad.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide personalized support and guidance to students throughout their educational journey, from initial inquiry to graduation. You will work closely with students, parents, and academic staff to ensure a seamless transition to higher education institutions abroad.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Counseling: Offer expert advice and guidance on study abroad options, course selection, university requirements, and admission processes.
  • Application Support: Assist students with the application process, including documentation, SOPs, application forms, and fee payments.
  • Visa Guidance: Provide detailed information and assistance on visa application processes and prepare students for visa interviews.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on admission criteria, deadlines, scholarships, and education systems of different countries.
  • Communication: Conduct regular follow-ups with students via calls, emails, or in-person meetings.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with foreign universities, colleges, and partner institutions for timely updates.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate student records and track each step of their application journey.
  • Event Planning: Organize student orientation sessions, education fairs, seminars, and workshops.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet set targets for student enrollments and conversions.
  • Professional Development: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies, embassy rules, and education trends globally.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in international education counseling or student advisory services.
  • Strong knowledge of international education systems (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/student management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
