Medical Support Professional

The primary role of this position is to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy by maintaining accurate consumption records, assisting with inventory management, and performing daily checks on nursing bags and anaphylactic kits.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the supervisor to conduct regular expiry checks, temperature monitoring, and inventory counts as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure timely receipt and placement of stock according to the First Expire First Out (FEFO) principle, maintaining a clean and organized work environment under supervision.
This role also involves assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing documentation. Effective communication and coordination with other departments and nursing staff are crucial for efficient operations.
Accuracy is paramount when checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries. Daily checks of oxygen concentrators and other devices are mandatory, requiring attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
